My years as a litigator demonstrate a breadth of experience. I have appeared in the state and federal courts in Illinois and Wisconsin, in federal courts in New York, Virginia and Maryland, in courts of appeal in Illinois and the Seventh Circuit, and have sought review in the United Sates Supreme Court. On pro bono basis brought habeas petition to the Seventh Circuit of Appeals, and petitioned the United States Supreme Court to hear Fair Labor Standards Act claim
Developed and implemented effective volume litigation software program, bringing more than 400 replevin cases per year over a six-year period for a national company
